Pokemon Go November 2025 Events: Raid Bosses, Spotlight Hours, Community Day, And More

Pokemon Go’s Tales of Transformation season is winding down, and the mobile game is closing it out with a variety of events and Pokemon debuts in November. In addition to new Raid bosses and Spotlight Pokemon, this month will see the arrival of a new Gigantamax form, Gigantamax Garbodor, who’ll star in a special Max Battle Day on November 1.

That’s not the only new Pokemon coming this month. Tarountula and Spidops are making their debut during the Enchanted Hollow event, while the High Voltage and Final Justice events promise to introduce more new monsters to the mix. There’s also November’s Community Day to look forward to, as well as a global Wild Area event.

November Raid Schedule

A new lineup of legendary and Mega Pokemon are coming to Raid battles in November, including some returning fan-favorites.

The legendary beasts Entei, Raikou, and Suicune are making another appearance in five-star Raids from November 4-11, with Heatran and the Swords of Justice (Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion) set to follow later in the month.

Mega Raids, meanwhile, will see a slew of Mega Pokemon rotating in and out of gyms during the month, giving you another chance to battle Mega Beedrill, Mega Altaria, Mega Garchomp, and others. Shadow Latios will also appear in special Shadow Raids every weekend in November.

November Spotlight Hours

Pokemon Go’s weekly Spotlight Hours continue in November with a new selection of featured Pokemon and bonuses.

Every Tuesday evening from 6-7 PM local time, one particular species of Pokemon will appear in the wild more frequently, making this a good chance to fill out your Pokedex and stock up on candy. On top of that, you’ll earn an extra bonus during that hour, such as increased Stardust or XP for catching Pokemon.

Gigantamax Garbodor Max Battle Day

Pokemon Go is kicking November off in a big way with the arrival of a new Gigantamax Pokemon: Gigantamax Garbodor.

The trash heap Pokemon will star in the game’s next Max Battle Day event on November 1. You’ll encounter Gigantamax Garbodor in six-star Max Battles from 2-5 PM local time. There will also be new Timed Research leading into the event, which will reward you with candy, Max Particles, and a chance to catch Dynamax Drilbur.

Finally, you can enjoy a few bonuses during Max Battle Day. The number of Max Particles you can collect will be temporarily increased to 1,600. Power Spots will also refresh more frequently, and they’ll offer eight times the number of Max Particles they normally do.

Enchanted Hollow

More new Pokemon are on the way this month as part of Pokemon Go’s Enchanted Hollow event, which runs November 4-9.

Headlining the event is the spider Pokemon Tarountula, which will appear as a one-star Raid boss alongside some familiar faces like Paras and Stantler. Collect 50 Tarountula candy and you can evolve one into Spidops.

In addition to the Raid bosses, certain Pokemon like Cottonee, Petilil, Shelmet, and Karrablast will appear in the wild more frequently when you use a Mossy Lure Module at a PokeStop. As an added bonus, Lure Modules will last twice as long as they normally do during this event, and you’ll earn double the usual amount of XP when you spin PokeStops.

Pokemon Go is holding another TCG tie-in event in November, this time to commemorate the launch of the Pokemon TCG: Mega Lucario ex Figure Collection.

From November 7-30, Mega Lucario raids will occur more frequently at the following retailers:

  • Best Buy, GameStop, Target (United States)
  • EB Games (Canada and Australia)

On top of that, you’ll also be able to receive special event-themed Timed Research tasks by opening your game while visiting the aforementioned stores. Finally, everyone who purchases and redeems a Pokemon Go gift card from Target between November 1 and December 31 will get a bonus Lucario mask for their avatar.


Into The Wild

Pokemon Go is hosting a global Wild Area event later this month, but before then, there will be an Into the Wild event from November 10-14.

Throughout the event, dark or fairy Pokemon like Alolan Rattata, Carvanha, Carbink, and Fidough will appear in the wild more frequently than usual. There will also be new five-star Raid bosses each day, including Shadow Ho-oh and Shadow Lugia.

Finally, you can take advantage of a few bonuses during the event. The game is temporarily increasing the number of Remote Raid Passes you can hold to 30, and there will be no cap on how many Remote Raids you can participate in from November 15-16. You’ll also be able to use a Charged TM on a Shadow Pokemon to replace the move Frustration.

High Voltage

Electric types are taking center stage in Pokemon Go’s High Voltage event, which takes place November 18-22.


Dynamax Max Battle Weekend

Pokemon Go has two Dynamax Max Battle Weekends lined up this month, the first of which runs from November 21-24. More details will be announced closer to the event.


Final Justice

Pokemon Go’s last big event of the month is called Final Justice, and it runs from November 25-30. More information will be announced later this month.


Dynamax Max Battle Weekend

November’s second Dynamax Max Battle Weekend will take place from November 29-30.


Pokemon Go is capping off the month with its November Community Day, which takes place on November 30.
