1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using USN.HUB ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility, Wallets, and Keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, seed phrases, private keys, and any credentials. You understand that loss of keys may result in permanent loss of access to assets. Wallet addresses and confirmed on-chain activity are public and may persist indefinitely on the Solana blockchain and indexers.
3. Blockchain and Solana Network
The Platform may interact with the Solana blockchain and third-party wallets or RPC providers. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. USN.HUB does not operate or control the Solana network, validators, or third-party wallet software. We are not responsible for network outages, congestion, chain reorganizations, protocol changes, or failures of the Solana network or other blockchain infrastructure. You bear the risks of using blockchain technology, including volatility, smart contract and program errors outside our control, and user error when signing transactions.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"), including text, images, audio, video, and other materials. By submitting User Content, you grant USN.HUB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Platform.
5. Restricted Content
You must not post or solicit User Content that is illegal; sexually exploitative of minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; obscene or pornographic where prohibited by law; hate speech or content that incites violence against people or groups; harassment, bullying, or credible threats; malware or fraud; impersonation intended to deceive; or deepfakes or synthetic media used to mislead in a harmful or deceptive way. You must comply with applicable law and community standards.
6. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
You may report content or behavior that violates these Terms or our policies using the reporting tools provided in the application. You may block other users where that feature is available to restrict their ability to interact with you. USN.HUB may investigate reports and may remove, restrict, or refuse to host User Content, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other enforcement action we deem appropriate for violations, without prior notice when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so.
7. User Conduct
You are responsible for your interactions with others. You agree not to spam, phish, scrape in violation of our technical limits, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
8. Fees, Purchases, and Creator Licenses
Certain features may require fees or payments. You are responsible for reviewing fee disclosures before confirming transactions. By offering paid content, you grant each buyer a perpetual, non-exclusive license to access that purchased content through the Platform (and successor distribution mechanisms we provide for verified purchases), limited to what was purchased and without transferring underlying intellectual property ownership.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, USN.HUB and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or similar losses, arising from your use of the Platform or blockchain networks, including Solana. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Related Legal Documents
Our License, Copyright notice, and Privacy Policy contain additional terms and describe how we handle data. They are incorporated by reference and may be updated from time to time.
12. Account Deactivation and Purchased Content
You may deactivate your account where the feature is available in the application. Deactivation limits how your profile and content are shown to others and may end your ability to offer new paid content from that account. Licenses already granted to buyers before deactivation generally remain in effect; we do not claw back completed purchases at the application layer. On-chain records remain visible on public ledgers independently of the Platform.
If you sign in again with the same wallet, you may be offered reactivation. Reactivation requires payment of the registration fee in effect at that time, including any Seeker Genesis discounts or alternative token payment options the Platform has configured for registration, consistent with new user registration economics.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
